Park Square Hearts CHOP
This year, King of Prussia District is spearheading a community-wide effort to support  Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia  (CHOP) through  KOP Restaurant Week  and  KOP Shops for CHOP  with the introduction of the  Community Champions Program . Community Champions are businesses who have committed to making a donation to CHOP through the campaign, are participating in Dress Down Day on March 11 or are hosting their own fundraisers for CHOP. The KOP business community has stepped up in a BIG way.


First Avenue Linear Park Construction Begins This Week
We are excited that construction on the new First Avenue Linear Park begins this week! Soon the public will be able to stroll down a new ADA compliant pathway with pedestrian lighting, improved bus shelters, seating areas, trash receptacles and vibrant planting beds.

New Growth Mindset Speaker Series
How businesses small and large tackle common problems
Workhorse Brewing Company, King of Prussia District and the Upper Merion Economic and Community Development Committee present a new speaker series! Growth Mindset is a business-centric speaker series that brings together business owners, entrepreneurs and thought-leaders from area companies to discuss how their organizations attack challenges in day-to-day operations, fueled primarily by their desire to grow smartly. Each event will feature a common topic and a representative from a small business and a large business to share their insights from two very different perspectives.
