(A Sneak Peak of this Spring's Prime Time Books)

Join us Tuesdays this spring to give children a love of literature and the library for a lifetime — with free award-winning books, expert-led discussions, and family time. Dinner included!

Families attending a Prime Time Family or Prime Time Preschool program will join master storytellers and scholars for read-alouds that share stories from around the world and explore ideas that enrich lives and strengthen communities.

If you're interested in volunteering or getting more involved at the Corbin Public Library, feel free to swing by our next Friends of the Library meeting on March, 27th at 5 PM!

Unfortunately, our embroidery class will be postponed this month. Please stay tuned for updates on the rescheduled date. In the meantime, adults can dive into our crochet and book clubs, and get ready for spring with our gardening and painting classes. We also have some valuable workshops available, like Adults Returning to School and Teen Mental Health First Aid courses. These not only offer continuing education hours but also equip you with knowledge that could make a difference in a teen's life.

And for homeschool students, it’s time to let your creativity run wild! Join us for an exciting Paper Mache and Parachute activity on March 20th at 2PM where you can craft amazing creations and have a blast!

Children and Tweens

We have activities for children of all ages! Join us for interactive play and dance during Toddler Time, or check out our Lego Club and video gaming sessions. Plus, we're excited to bring back the much-anticipated kids' role-playing adventure game, Hero Kids.

For tweens, don’t miss the special painting session on the 28th at 5 PM. You'll also have the opportunity to vote on the book club selections for your age group in the upcoming months!

Teens

If you or a friend are teens, the library is the perfect hangout! You can chill, start a club, or join some cool events we’ve got going on. Checking out the events is a solid way to suggest more things you wanna see and help make the library a place that fits your vibe.

And don’t forget, we’ve got our rescheduled peer-led football video gaming event on Saturday, March 22nd, at 10:00 AM. It’s gonna be awesome!
