There is so much fun happening at Belliston this Spring!

Spring Show costumes have been ordered and RAD candidates have been submitted!! Your dancers are hard at work preparing for their RAD exams and for an amazing show in June!

We are also excited to welcome over 15 new families to Belliston this month! WELCOME, we are so happy to have you!

Summer Dance Camps

Summer dance camp registration is OPEN!! A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Camp balance will be due by/on June 10th, 2022.

Summer Intensive

July 11-28th

Monday-Thursday

9:00-3:30 pm

We invite all current Ballet 4/5/6 students to join us for a three week summer intensive course! Students will dance Monday-Thursday and those registered for all three weeks will participate in an extra day of fun on Friday's! All students will take at least one ballet class daily as well as additional classes in pointe, variations, modern, contemporary, stretch, conditioning, Pilates mat and more. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your strength & technique with

intensive study!

When Summer Intensive dancers join us for ALL THREE WEEKS they have the opportunity to participate in an outdoor photoshoot, a fun summertime outing and perform a mini showcase for friends and family! These will take place on Friday's during the three week session.

One Week: $420

Two Weeks: $720

Junior Intensive

July 11-28th

Monday-Thursday

10:00-3:30 pm

Current Ballet 2/3 students are invited to our three week intensive! All students will take at least one ballet class daily as well as additional classes in pointe conditioning, modern, tap, jazz, stretch, Pilates mat and more.

One Week: $360

Two Weeks: $624

Mini Intensive

July 11-28th

Tuesday-Thursday

9:00-12:00 pm

Current Beg. Ballet & Ballet 1 students are invited to attend a mini three week intensive! Students will have the opportunity to try all genres of dance including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, tumbling and more! This is the perfect course for dancers to experience all styles of dance!

One Week: $139

Two Weeks: $234

Three Weeks: $329

Tiny Tots Dance Camp

We invite our tiniest dancers ages 3 & up to join us for one or two weeks of fun! Dancers will be introduced to ballet, tap, tumbling and will also do a craft and be given snacks daily. Our Tiny Tots camp is the perfect blend of dance and fun!!

One Week: $139

Why Participate in Summer Dance?

Engage your brain!

Summer dance camps are a great resource to trigger young minds through physical and observational learning. Give your kids a break from school but keep their minds engaged through dancing!

Discovery!

The performing arts is a great way for children to discover what they are passionate about. Many of our camps offer a specific style or fuse several styles together within the week and focus on fun! Discovery is a wonderful thing for every child regardless of age. It fires the imagination and allows children to dream.

Stay strong all summer long!

Summer is a long time for our serious dancers to take off. By continuing their training in the summer months dancers stay strong, prevent injury and progress at a very rapid rate. We find summer is the best time for massive technical development.

Make new friends!

One of the greatest benefits of summer dance is getting the opportunity to work with new teachers and meet new friends. Dance involves a team like atmosphere and in many of our camps dancers spend several days together forming new friendships. Receiving instruction from a new teacher is incredibly helpful and super fun!

Parent Observation Week-

March 14-19th

We are very excited to invite parents into the studio to observe the progress your dancers have made! All classes will be open for observation from March 14-19th. Out of respect for the students and the teacher, we ask that you observe the following etiquette:

Please be on time.
If you must bring younger children, they must sit still and be quiet through the class. If they become a distraction you may be asked to leave.
Please no food or drink in the classroom.
Please don’t engage the teacher in a conference. You may set a time outside of class to talk to your child’s teacher.

We can't wait to have you in class!!

Spring Break- Studio CLOSED March 20-26th

The studio will be closed for Spring Break from March 20-26th.

Classes will resume Monday, March 28th.

Dancer of the Month!

Each month, three teachers will be asked to nominate one student who they feel is doing a great job in and out of the classroom. If you see one of these dancers in the hall, congratulate them on a job well done!

Miss Sarah's dancer of the month is sweet Blake. Blake is such a fun and beautiful dancer. She always comes to Miss Sarah’s class with a big smile and ready to learn! She loves to be a leader and does a fabulous job at it. Blake has really grown as a dancer this season and we are so proud of her hard work. Keep smiling Blake!

Ms. Jen's dancer of the month is Isabella K. When Isabella was invited to examine out of her first Cecchetti exam, she had a very difficult and personal choice to make. Isabella decided to go for it and in those last few weeks before her exam, Isabella really dug deep and found her strength, and her focus! It paid off in a big way, and now she's on her way to becoming not only a stronger dancer, but a better role model for those who look up to her.

We're so proud of you, Isabella!

Miss Denise's dancer of the month is Jemma. This is Jemma's first year as a Trainee Scholarship student at Belliston! Miss Denise has had the opportunity to work with her the past few weeks and is super proud of her hard work! She's always on her game with actively listening and finishing her combos and going for every challenge. It's fun to see her grow week after week in Leaps & Turns!
