Mentoring Young Women in Construction (MyWIC) Camp is a six-week hybrid camp for girls age 12-14 interested in learning more about pursuing a career in construction. Girls will gain hands-on experience in construction trades while participating in an incentivized program with #WorkReadyPHL.

Women-Led Career Exploration
In honor of Women's History Month, our participants had the opportunity to learn about STEM and business from female leaders in these fields! During our virtual STEM Summit (left) for girls of all ages, participants got a taste of variety of STEM fields with demos and interactive activities. Our Ambassadors Club also met entrepreneurs from women-owned businesses during our Small Business Saturday (right)!
