Now, why did that person comp
get a comp ticket?
There are lots of situations where you may give out complimentary tickets - say, a member of the media is coming, or something happened to a ticket order.

We recommend you add a note in that person's sales record about why they were given complimentary tickets.

That way if your boss (or even an auditor) wants to know the reason, you can just look it up.

Are you getting this message errorwhen trying to print?

Customer Relationship Management crm
computer_people.jpg CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is quite the buzzword in business circles. But managing your relationships with your customers has always been what keeps any business alive and prosperous. Besides helping you sell tickets and balance your books, did you know that Wintix provides you with a variety of tools to manage your business relationships?

In essence, "CRM is a system for managing a company's interactions with current and future customers. It often involves using technology to organize, automate and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support."

It can be a bit confusing and overwhelming, though, when companies pitch their complicated, expensive software programs as the ultimate solution.

So, we want to know your opinion. Do you use Wintix for managing and marketing to your patrons? Do you think the hype is overblown? Do you think having a specialized system is worth it? What CRM features do you use or would like to see in Wintix?

Click on the link below and tell us in this three minute survey.
But wait! I can't see! restricted
It can be a nasty surprise for both your guest and the theatre if a patron buys a seat with a restricted view and doesn't realize it until they sit down.

While it's simple to tell someone while taking a phone order in the box office, patrons who order online may not know when they buy their ticket. Fortunately, it's simple to set up a restricted view notification and price category in Wintix for your Webtix customers.
