Check your internet speed to make sure it's not interrupting sales
Wintix & Webtix will be integrating with Cinesend for easy streaming events
Have you noticed there is a new tab when you edit a show?

It's a virtual performance setup that you will soon be able to use to sell and manage streaming events online in Wintix and Webtix.

Once live events come back in full force, it's likely that streaming is here to stay and will become a normal part of operations for many organizations.

Our development team is working to fully integrate Wintix and Webtix with Cinesend, a leading streaming platform, to make it smooth and easy to sell tickets to streaming content. Once this process is complete, we will be integrating with other popular streaming platforms.

How it will work is that once your organization subscribes to the Cinesend streaming platform, each ticket that your patrons purchase will have its own unique Cinesend ID and the link to the show will be part of the receipt sent to the buyer.
Reminder! New features in Wintix

Don't forget there are new and advanced features to help box office operations in these critical times.
How much are you collecting in donations?

Donations are a badly needed lifeline - especially right now during this unprecedented time.

Running a donations report will give you valuable information on how much is being donated and who is giving. It's great intel on how to increase your reach in the community and whom to thank and reward for their generosity.

Check your internet speed!
A few Wintix users have reported sales have been dropped randomly and, as much as we try to troubleshoot it, we can't duplicate the issue.

We do know, however, that a slow internet speed or interrupted connectivity can cut off a transaction before it's complete.

In fact, once these customers upgrade their internet service, that problem disappears like a sale on a slow internet connection!

It's important to check your internet speed occasionally to ensure your connection is good.

Choose the speed test based on your connection type. We recommend a minimum download speed of 16 megabits/s and an upload speed of 4 megabits/s.
