In-person Stroke Support Group
Our in-person stroke support group meets from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month. It meets at the Community at Marquis Eugene at 565 Country Club Road in Eugene. Heart Walk and Talk
Join this free monthly outdoor walking group from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Thursday, Mar. 6. All are welcome! Learn from our heart-health experts while you get fresh air and walk along the scenic paths at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. It's held the first Thursday of every month on the path by the arches near the emergency room. Free parking is available in designated OHVI parking. Please do not use ER parking.
Stop the Bleed Course
PeaceHealth’s Trauma Department is hosting a “Stop the Bleed” course online and at the RiverBend Annex from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Mar. 11. It's open to everyone and aims to equip bystanders with the skills and confidence to assist in bleeding emergencies before professional help arrives. For more information, visit Stop the Bleed.

HEARTsafe Eugene Springfield
Anyone who has experienced sudden cardiac arrest is invited to join the HEARTsafe Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivor and Co-Survivor Support Group. It meets from 4 to 5 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of the month at PeaceHealth RiverBend hospital in room 200CD. The next meeting is Mar. 25.

Better Breathers Club
If you have a lung condition, you can find support at this free monthly meeting of the Better Breathers Club, 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Mar. 7 in Conference Room C at Peace Harbor Medical Center. Each meeting features different speakers and activities. Everyone is welcome. Come for camaraderie as well as tools to help you breathe better.
Peace Harbor Grief Support Group
Anyone who is experiencing grief is welcome to join this group, 2 to 3:30 p.m. the third Monday of every month in the Yachats Common Building-Room 3 in Yachats, Oregon. Our next meeting will be Monday, Mar. 17. Pre-registration is NOT required. Questions? Call 541-997-3418.
