A n amazing corporate campus and some of the University's delights!

The IPPS-ER conference tour the afternoon of Thursday, October 17th will start with an exceptional tour at one of the largest company campuses in the area, Epic Systems in Verona, WI. Back in Madison, we will visit the University of Wisconsin Arboretum and then on to Allen Centennial Garden, the artful living laboratory and public botanical garden of the Horticulture Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  More HERE .

Extreme Botany

Of the thousands of imperiled plant species listed by the International Union for Conservation of Nature, 43 species are trees native to the US. This article talks about the people who are making a difference for imperiled plant species, people akin to our own Tom Ranney,  Charles Tubesing and Kris Bachtell.
