Hope this finds everyone well and ready for a season!

Additional Dates for this season are: December 12-13, 2026; February 6-7, 2027 and March 13-14, 2027. In addition, we are pleased to add St Armand's Circle Fall Art & Craft show the week of October 24-25, ensuring you two great venues with art loving buyers. Event setup will start at 6:30am Saturday. You will be able to pull up next to, in front of or behind you booth provided we do NOT have inclement weather, which would prevent us from driving on grass.

If you are driving a big rig or trailer, I am usually ready for you to start early. If you are in a regular car and arrive early, you will have to wait until I am done with the bigger vehicles. You may see me about parking trailers for the weekend in our designated area once you unload.

Please arrive, see attached map. Enter and wait your turn. I am generally carrying a clipboard. You will be given your individual load in plan and your park entry point. Do NOT drive your vehicle onto grass into event space until you have been directed to.

I try to get everyone as close to their booth as possible. You will be next to, in front of or behind your booth to unload (unless you choose to arrive after 9am - then you must dolly). Please be courteous to other artists and vendors and unload first, move your vehicle to artist parking and then setup.

Artist parking has changed and will be at the far east side of our large green space. See attached map. See 1st picture indicated with black box. This is where we have been parking trailers all season.

Please make sure you have weights. I am NOT flexible on this for the safety of other makers and for the safety of the public. You are near water! No water jugs, cat litter bottles. I know it is beginning of season here and some haven't done a show for a while but you need at least 40 pounds per leg. No exceptions. Please don't argue, weight checks will be done once you get tent setup. If you need recommendations on how to make or what to use, email me. Staking is not allowed in the park.

Do you need overnight camping? There is NO overnight parking on location due to city ordinances. Please don't stay on location as the police ticket.

Do you need electric for this event? Extra fee is just $50
