Sounds of Sundown Presents “Roll the Stones” on Saturday
If you love the Rolling Stones, this concert is for you: The next Sounds at Sundown scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 3, presents Roll The Stones, a tribute band to the original English rock band. It’s all happening at the Margate Sports Complex Covered Field, 1695 Banks Road. Food trucks start serving at 5 p.m.; the concert starts at 6 p.m.

Home of the Brave Program Gives Yard Sign to Veterans
Calling all Veterans: Our Margate wants to honor our residents who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces and are veterans of wars. A new Home of the Brave Program will provide a yard sign at no cost to residents of the City of Margate. For more information on how to obtain a yard sign, please send an email to PIO@margatefl.com and include document(s) showing veteran status and Margate residency.
Happy Labor Day!
In observance of Labor Day, all City of Margate administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022, including City Hall, NW Focal Point Senior Center, and Calypso Cove.
Open to the Public:
• Parks will be open at regular hours.
• There will be no interruption of service for the collection of garbage, recycling, or bulk/yard waste.
