Marietta Superintendent William Hampton forwarded a PowerPoint presentation by board member Russ Garrison which shows how well the A-F report card predicts poverty.
The A-F report card is a useless, counter-productive tool promoted by Jeb Bush and the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). State officials throughout the nation have been conned into legislating this deceptive and harmful instrument.
Public school officials throughout the state are raising their voices against this sham.
