Kevin is an author, researcher, consultant and an expert on federal drug policy. He will state facts and dispel myths associated with marijuana legalization, explaining the disconnect between science and reality also exposing an industry that threatens public health and safety.

Frank specializes in addiction treatment and recovery, overseeing the family program at College Recovery. His presentation will focus on the history of marijuana, PTSD and medical marijuana.

Kevin has been the lead strategic intelligence analyst at Rocky Mountain HIDTA since 2013 and will share information measuring marijuana's impact, trends and the eight enforcement priority areas important to every community.

Bonnie Nolan, PhD, Doctorate in Neuroscience, Rutgers University
Bonnie has worked at Rutgers University as a researcher in a range of areas, including addiction. Bonnie has published a number of articles relating to substance use, and recognizes that addiction is a disease, and must be treated as such. Bonnie will be speaking on the impact marijuana has on the adolescent brain evidenced through research, and will explain the effects of marijuana to brain development.
