Please join your NAMI Cambridge/Middlesex community to hear Dost Öngür, MD, PhD, McLean Hospital, present on the state of research on the connection between marijuana and psychotic disorders. Dr. Öngür’s presentation will be moderated by NAMI Cambridge/Middlesex’s own Dr. Rich Parker.

Dr. Öngür is the chief of the Division of Psychotic Disorders at McLean Hospital. He is also the director of McLean’s Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder Research Program and the William P. and Henry B. Test Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. His distinguished career includes stints as Medical Consultant to the Massachusetts Mental Health Center, as Chief Medical Officer of the Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization, and as a Harvard faculty member.
