School Closures Extended Through the End of the School Year
SFUSD school sites will remain closed through the end of the school year (June 2, 2020) and instruction will be delivered to every student through interactive teacher-led learning starting April 13.

Google Classroom Info
Google Classrooms resume this week
Students should be expecting class work this week. If they need help logging on to google classroom or have any questions regarding assignments, you can contact your student's teachers or Ms. Leicham.

Sign up for our Free Summer Power Scholars Academy
Power Scholars Academy is a totally free summer camp running from June 8th to July 17th at Francisco Middle School. PSA happens Monday-Friday from 8am-3:30, breakfast and lunch are included. Daily activities include exciting projects, fun clubs, field trips, and academic challenges.

Free Meal/Food Services

Free Meals Locations
This week, over 6000 students received 18,000 meals! Thank you to our service workers making sure students have food!

More sites for free meals!  
Student Nutrition Services is now serving free meals at 20 sites across San Francisco, including Treasure Island. Thanks to a generous funder, we are also now providing supper, which means families can access breakfast, lunch, and supper at all 20 sites.

Technology Resources to Support Distance Learning
How to Borrow a Chromebook
Who: Students in grades 3-12 who do not have access to a computer during the day at home to support distance learning can borrow a device. It must be returned when schools reopen.

How: Fill out  the device request form  before picking up a device. Have your student ID number ready at the time of pickup. Limited home delivery is available.

When and Where: Pick up devices this week on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. See  pick-up times, locations, and identification needed .

Child Care Eligibility

At the beginning of the year, we had planned to create a physical Marina Family Cookbook with recipes submitted by all of you, but now we will be creating it online!!
