Marion County Supervisor of Elections Office Temporarily Closes to the Public
Marion County, FL. March 23 - In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic and out of an abundance of caution, the Marion County Supervisor of Elections Office located at 981 NE 16th Street, Ocala will be temporarily closed to the public, effective immediately until further noticed.

Most services can be accomplished online such as registering to vote, updating voter information, requesting vote-by-mail, and obtaining information on local candidates and upcoming elections.

The Supervisor of Elections staff will continue providing services to the public through the following methods:

  • Phone: 352-620-3290 (during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F)

  • Email: Elections@VoteMarion.Gov

A secure dropbox will be provided at the Elections Office entrance during normal business hours for candidate petitions and completed forms to be returned.

At our discretion and under limited circumstances, an appointment can be scheduled if needed.

All currently scheduled public Canvassing Board meetings will continue as noticed.

These activities and schedules are subject to change. The Supervisor of Elections Office will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any changes as expeditiously as possible.
