Mark Warren is the director, co-owner and co-founder of International Materials, Inc., one of the leading independent minerals trading companies in the world. International Materials was founded in 1987, and today the company conducts business in over 30 countries and has $1 billion in annual revenue.
Known as a philanthropist and business leader, Mr. Warren has been a lifelong volunteer and has given back extensively to the communities where he and his wife, Sharon, have lived. The Warren’s started the Warren Foundation in 2004 to assist in philanthropy for various causes and efforts, and they plan on passing it on to their children. Some of the organizations he has supported include Junior Achievement, the Sea Turtle Program with the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, Place of Hope at the Leighan and David Rinker Campus and Paws of Love.
