Brighten Brewing Company

Fall beer season is in full swing at Brighten Brewing's taproom this month! The traditional Märzen beer, Volksfest, will be back on tap in the middle of September. It will be closely followed on draft by a Pumpkin Ale, Various Gourds. Brighten will also be tapping up an old favorite that you may not have tried, but will want to carve out a visit for, Greenfield, a New England-style IPA. It's been a long-awaited return, with over two years since this one has been brewed!

Running the Akron Marathon on Sept. 27? You deserve a reward! Bring in your Marathon, Half Marathon or Team Relay bib during the weekend (Sept. 27 and 28) and get a discount on your beer. All those miles are worth a delicious brew! LEARN MORE

Lock 15 Brewing

Lock 15 is expecting their Ohio Erie Mist Pumpkin Pie Milkshake IPA and Akron Cereal Beer made from Waffle Crisp cereal to be tapped in September.

In addition to those seasonal beers, they will also be tapping their Apple Pie Hard Seltzer. This seltzer is 5%, gluten-free and a fan favorite that guests look forward to every year. They will be launching a new cocktail list in September. You will also be able to catch Lock 15 Brewing at the Cuyahoga Falls Oktoberfest, Sept. 19-21. LEARN MORE

With the recent closing of Royal Docks Brewing Co., we have made some adjustments to the Summit Brew Path. Completed passports will now require 16 stamps. If you already have a stamp from Royal Docks, it will still count. We hope you enjoy the 2025 Summit Brew Path!
