Did you know that over 10,000 Brevard school children live below the poverty line and do not have enough food to eat? We need to fix this, and we CAN fix this! Please join us for the Health First Fight Child Hunger 5K.  LIVE MUSIC RACE AWARDS PARTICIPANT MEDALS SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES VENDOR BOOTHS FREE PANCAKE BREAKFAST FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS VIRTUAL RACE OPTION The Health First Fight Child Hunger 5K is a fundraiser for two charities to meet the needs of as many hungry children in Brevard as possible. The Children’s Hunger Project and the Sharing Center of Central Brevard work hard every day to ensure children and families have adequate nutrition. The 2022 Health First Fight Child Hunger 5K event will take place at Viera High School. Health First once again serves as our Title Sponsor, and Mara Bellaby, Executive Editor of Florida Today will again serve as honorary chairperson.   You can join the Race to End Childhood Hunger along with other local businesses, individuals and congregations committed to helping hungry children in our community. 100% of proceeds from this event will go to feed hungry children in Brevard!
