Congratulations Explorer Castro!
A few weeks ago, the Gardena Police Foundation held its 2025 Scholarship Luncheon at the Nakaoka Community Center, awarding $80,000 in scholarships to five outstanding students. Among the recipients was one of our very own—Explorer Anthony Castro of Post 142, Gardena Police Department.
This generous investment highlights the Gardena Police Foundation’s steadfast commitment to empowering the next generation. Year after year, their support of education continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young leaders in our community.
Thank you to the Gardena Police Foundation for your continued generosity, for believing in our youth, and for your unwavering support of the men, women, and Explorers of the Gardena Police Department.
