Of Interest to Us
  • The world's largest banks reside in.....China? According to S&P Global, Beijing is home to the banks with the most assets, with the top four banks there having assets totaling $26.7 billion. The US ranked second, with its four largest banks having assets totaling $12.6 billion. This is likely because banks play a much larger role in financing in China than in the US, where firms can raise money directly from investors.
