Quick recap : Total sales for February were 200, down from last month by 38. The biggest drops were in Darien, New Canaan, and Wilton. Weston sales were up slightly. The average time it takes to sell a home has risen to over 300 days in Darien, New Canaan, Weston and Wilton. Norwalk continues to report the shortest market times of less than 150 days. Sales over $2.0 million accounted for about 8% of all transactions, up from 7% last month. Sales below $1.0 million were about 76%, up from 66% last month.
