SAFE SHOWING PLEDGE
The VBR put together a “Safe Showing Pledge” campaign based on guidance issued by the Division of Real Estate.
The pledge provides
additional clarity on industry and business-specific safety measures, and to share all the extra precautions taken for showing properties by following the “safer at home” guidelines. These guidelines are still applicable, and ensure the protection of the Vail Valley community and buyers and sellers.

AMENDED PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER
Eagle County has not yet received a decision on its request for a variance that would allow a transition to its Black Diamond Public Health Order. While the county awaits this variance, public health officials have identified areas where the county may loosen certain restrictions in its current order.
The amendment to the Blue Square Order
is effective immediately.
