Quick Tips for Conducting Customer Surveys
  • Make your questions as narrow in focus as possible, so that the results aren’t left open to interpretation.
  • Be sure your customers know that this is an opportunity for them. Attempt to replace language like “We want to hear from you!” with customer-first language, like “Your feedback will help us improve your next visit!”
  • Always leave one question open-ended, so that customers can fill in the blank and freely share their thoughts.

Of course, that’s just the start. We would love to help you create a precise survey strategy to learn what your customers want—and craft the correct marketing campaigns to make sure it reaches them.
