Messaging as COVID-19 continues

  • Don't be afraid to human.
  • Ask for what you need.
  • Keep your cool.

As I have said before, don't assume your customers know what you're doing –that you're open or closed, that you have revised your services or doing something new. People's attention is being pulled in more directions than ever, so make it easy to communicate and work with your business.
