MY COLD STONE CLUB® REWARDS - LOYALTY CAMPAIGN

Please find below details of the loyalty campaign the brand will implement in October.


  • Who: New + existing My Cold Stone Club Rewards members
  • New customers would need to register an account to take advantage of this offer. 
  • What: $5 off $20
  • Where: Online only
  • How: One-time use Olo code 
  • Start: Saturday, October 22nd  
  • End: Monday, October 31st

Best Buddies - BOGO

We are continuing to support our Best Buddies Partnership by providing a BOGO coupon offer to select Best Buddies Chapters nationwide. The printed offer coupon will be sent to 250 local Best Buddies chapters who will include it in 50 back-to-school kits for Best Buddies participants. We want you and your crew members to be prepared for these offers to come into your store(s).


This BOGO offer is valid for ALL Signature Creations™ and Create Your Own Creations. Simply stated, the equal or lesser value item is FREE. This offer will be valid through December 31, 2022.

As a reminder, all stores are required to accept this offer if presented and process as you would any other BOGO offer that comes into your store(s).

MONTHLY MARKETING CHALLENGE: OCTOBER

Each month, the Marketing team will develop one challenge for you to achieve. This challenge is not required. However, it is an excellent reminder of all the resources available to you to maximize your sales. Your challenge for this month is to execute a virtual fundraiser. Last month, we wanted you to introduce yourself and your business to organizations in your area, then share how you could support each other. Last month’s challenge included two sample templates for your initial outreach. Those templates are attached in last month’s communication if you missed it. Please click here to view them. Now that you have established contacts within your community, you can work with them to schedule your first virtual fundraising event. Please see the below details on how to execute a virtual fundraising event. 


VIRTUAL EVENT FUNDRAISING

Virtual event fundraising can increase online engagement, grow brand awareness, and allow you to build a relationship with new and existing organizations in your community.
