Get Ready to Graduate!
The commencement ceremony for the Class of 2022 will be held on the morning of Saturday, May 21 in the Ross Recreational Center on the W&J Campus. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. and the doors will open at 9 a.m.

You can visit the Commencement page on the College’s website for more details.
Call the registrar’s hotline to record the correct pronunciation of your name for commencement by Friday, May 6!
As you cross the stage during the commencement to receive your diploma, your name will be read aloud. To ensure that your name is pronounced correctly, please dial 724-503-1050 to reach the registrar's hotline. When you reach the hotline, you will be asked to slowly and clearly pronounce your college ID number and your name. Please do so. Even if you are not planning to attend the ceremony, please follow these instructions. If you have any issues please contact wjregistrar@washjeff.edu

Note: Recording your name for preference and pronunciation will not change it on any official W&J documents. Your legal name will appear on your official W&J transcript, the commencement program, and your diploma. To change this or learn more, click here
