THURSDAY, AUGUST 13 – Depart Philadelphia this morning for Farmington, CT, and a tour at HILL-STEAD, a beautiful Colonial Revival home with an extraordinary collection of Impressionist paintings and decorative art. Travel north to Brattleboro, VT, and check in at our hotel. (L, D)

SATURDAY, AUGUST 15 – An "All Vermont Day" begins with an open rehearsal at Marlboro before traveling west to explore the art and history in MANCHESTER and BENNINGTON. MONDAY, AUGUST 17 – Depart Brattleboro this morning for a tour of OLANA, the home and Studio of Fredrick Edwin Church. Lunch is on your own in HUDSON, NY, and a chance to enjoy this historic town known for its beautifully preserved 18th and 19th-century architecture. Continue south through the Hudson River Valley with an expected arrival in the Philadelphia area by early evening. (B) olana.org
