A Note From Home.....
I just love it when people step up to a challenge, don't you?
You have all heard of it: Giving Tuesday,
a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world on December 3, 2019 and every day.
It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to "do good." Over the past seven years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
One of the best ways to get involved is in your own community.
Well, I am excited to share that we have several dedicated alumni who are stepping up to help our alma mater on Giving Tuesday with advance committments to challenge YOU to join in helping us meet our goal of 100 donors that day. Watch for our social media posts on December 3 and "do good" for your alma mater. Our students, our faculty and our staff greatly appreciate your support.
Want to join the fun and create your own challenge? Contact Anna Chumbley at firstname.lastname@example.org and share your idea Or make your gift online today and join the fun early! GIVE HERE
Thank you in advance for your generosity. May your Thanksgiving be blessed!
