Meet Bradley Joseph: Marquis Miami's Associate Spotlight
Bradley Joseph, a Haitian American native of Miami, Florida, is a devoted father and hospitality professional dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for residents at The Marquis Condominium.
With a strong commitment to teamwork and community, he ensures that residents feel valued and cared for. Though he once considered a career as an ultrasound technician, he discovered his true calling in hospitality, a path he finds deeply rewarding.
Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, football, soccer, and softball, and has a particular fondness for pasta dishes. His calm and positive approach reflects both his personal and professional philosophy.
His dedication to family, work, and the Marquis community exemplifies the level of care and professionalism residents experience every day.

14th Floor Security Update:
We would like to inform residents that new security measures have been implemented on the 14th floor to enhance safety and access control. Entry is now limited to authorized hotel guests and residents only, and access will require the use of a valid key fob. Security personnel is stationed on the 14th floor daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to monitor activity and ensure compliance with building protocols.
Residents are encouraged to report any concerns to the Building Front Desk or Management. These measures are part of our continued commitment to maintaining a safe and well-managed environment for all residents of The Marquis.

SR 5/US 1/Biscayne Boulevard from NE 5 St to NE 11 St Roadway
FDOT is improving SR 5/US 1/Biscayne Boulevard from NE 5 St to NE 11 St. Work includes upgraded stormwater systems, pedestrian ramps, sidewalks, traffic signals, signage, drainage, and road resurfacing.
Lane Closures:

- Night-time (repaving/restriping only):

Held at the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College in Downtown Miami from Nov. 16-23, 2025, the 42nd annual Book Fair is the chance to meet or hear from more than 550 authors in every genre. Some writers are already famous, while others are ready for discovery. Much of the programming is in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.
And it’s more than a place to buy books and mingle with prominent authors. There’s also live entertainment and Miami-style activities for all ages. Hint: There will even be a big country music star gracing the stage this year. Don’t miss one of the biggest events on Miami’s cultural calendar.

Frost Science presents an immersive journey into the mind of Leonardo da Vinci, where art, science and engineering converge. Visitors can explore digital presentations of The Last Supper and Vitruvian Man, examine working models of flying machines, anatomy studies and other designs, and step inside “Mona Lisa Revealed,” a 360-degree installation offering new perspectives on the iconic painting.
On view October 4, 2025, through April 5, 2026, in the Hsiao Family Special Exhibition Gallery, Leonardo da Vinci: 500 Years of Genius blends rare artifacts, detailed reconstructions and multisensory experiences to illuminate the Renaissance polymath’s lasting influence.
Created by Grande Experiences in collaboration with Museo Leonardo da Vinci in Rome, the exhibition is included with museum admission.
