Wednesday Discussion Group
On November 11, 2018 the Wednesday Discussion Group will be meeting again.  Our focus will be on "Christianity's Family Tree" by Adam Hamilton.

We ask that any and all Announcements that need to be in the Newsletter/Bulletin and those that are to be made off the pulpit Sunday morning are in to the office and Rev. Étienne by 9am Thursday morning.  This provides us with sufficient time to ensure that they are placed where they need to be and that sufficient time is set aside Sunday during the service.  Emergencies or illness is always the exception.  Thank you for your assistance.

Miracle of Jesus - Journey to the Bethlehem Marketplace
We need volunteers for all of the stations, as well as greeters, photographers, registration, and - of course - bakers to supply nut-free cookies and squares for the cafe.   Youth are welcome to participate to earn high school volunteer hours!   We also need people to come and set up on Friday, December 14, 3 pm until we are finished, and to help take-down on Saturday afternoon.   Sign-up sheets will be in the foyer or you can email Judy at or contact the church office.

Donations: To off-set the costs donations would be greatly appreciated! Please indicate on your cheque (made payable to Marshall Memorial United Church) or envelope that the donation is for "Journey to Bethlehem".

We need everyone, especially parents, to publicize this event in their Facebook groups, school on-line announcement boards, word-of-mouth, Community Centre, library or arena bulletin boards, etc.  Please contact Judy or the church office for more information on how you can help spread the word!
