Ways You Can Serve:

PRAYER: Please pray for the success of this event in reaching the community with the true message of Christmas in this commercially hyped-up season.

PUBLICITY: So much hard work is going into this event, but it won't mean a thing if people don't know about it! Please publicize like crazy in all your social networks! Share on social media, take posters to hang around town, give postcards to your friends, ask to put a stack in your favourite shops, restaurants, gyms, businesses, distribute door-to-door in your neighbourhood or on car windshields wherever families are gathering. Let's work together to get the word out!

VOLUNTEER: A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has volunteered to serve at the event. We are still in need of a few people to help at craft stations and 1-2 storytellers for the Nativity Story Time. Please sign up in the foyer on Sunday or speak to Judy VanDuzer if you are interested.

GIVE GENEROUSLY: Cash donations to help with the costs of this event are needed and will be greatly appreciated! Please indicate on your cheque or envelope that the donation is for "Journey to Bethlehem."

CRAFT PREP: Wednesday, December 5th in the Fellowship Hall, we will be preparing all the materials for the craft stations. Please come out and help!! We will start at 5 pm and continue into the evening until we are finished. Come for an hour or two and lend a hand!
