Martin LLP is pleased to announce its role as legal advisor to BNP Associates, Inc., a leading air transportation design and engineering firm, in connection with a strategic investment from Godspeed Capital Management LP, a private equity firm focused on the Defense & Government services sectors. The transaction is aimed at supporting BNP's growth and expansion in the aviation infrastructure space. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

Through this investment, BNP will strengthen its platform, continuing to provide industry-leading design, engineering, and simulation services for its global airport, airline and Architecture, Engineering, and Construction clients.
