The 2nd notice for your 2025 Annual Meeting is attached below.

Please note that there is no board election, no vote to roll over funds (not required), and no vote to waive the audit of the 2025 fiscal year (we can no longer waive consecutive years).

The attached proxy does include a vote for your choice of paint color for the upcoming painting project. Please complete your proxy ahead of time even if you plan on attending the meeting.

The body color will be a shade of white/off-white on both options, but the shutter/accent color differs between the 2 options.

You can view the accent colors at building 1035 above the entrance to 101. (the lightest color shown at that building was determined to be too light and is not part of the voting)

**Please note that these colors were chosen by our painting committee with the help of Sherwin William's color experts to compliment our roof color and to modernize the look of the buildings. (These colors are in use in several projects around Naples)
