Welcome
Dear ,

Welcome to summer in Vermont! I know I say this every other month or so, but this is my favorite time of the year (okay, they all are!).

With June comes the start of our farmers markets, the opening of the summer theater season, and lots of fairs, festivals and tons of musical events. But not everything is perfect, June is also the height of black-fly season, so put on your insect repellent and get outside and play. This summer, we hope to feature lots of information about what's going on and will highlight activities for the entire family in our newsletter. And, for more up-to-date information, subscribe to our FACEBOOK and Instagram accounts. We post regularly and love to be able to interact with you all.

We have been super busy this past month and are excited to introduce lots of new listings (see below) with more to come in the next few weeks. We are also closing sales with buyers that we have represented, so business is booming! If you are thinking about buying or selling a property in southern Vermont, this is the time to do it and we sure hope you'll contact Mary Mitchell Miller Real Estate.

As always, be well and stay in touch,

- Claudia Harris
