MASK PROTOCOL CLARIFICATION
July 29, 2021
In compliance with all current OPWDD guidelines, masks are no longer required for fully VACCINATED staff, unless transporting participants in vehicles.

  • All staff, regardless of vaccination status, must wear masks while transporting participants. This is an OPWDD requirement. This OPWDD protocol is based on well-established, scientific research regarding the transmission of COVID-19. It is in the best interest of staff and residents.

Masks remain mandatory for unvaccinated staff.

This means that if you are FULLY vaccinated (two weeks after your final dose) you can choose to wear a mask while providing Springbrook services but you are not required to do so.

We appreciate your continued commitment and cooperation as we move forward together!
