Park District moves to mask optional status

Effective February 28, 2022, the Plainfield Park District moved to mask optional status. The District still encourages and supports individuals to continue to wear masks if so desired; however, it is no longer mandatory.

Egg-citing Activities!

A variety of egg-citing events are now available for registration online. Register now as spots are filling fast!

Adult Egg Hunt - April 9, 6-8PM @ Bott Community Park/PARC

Bunny Hop Fun Run

The Inaugural Bunny Hop Fun Run kicks off this year's trio of fun runs and is set for 9 a.m., April 9 at Bott Park. Participants receive a shirt and cool swag bag which includes a unique event-themed giveaway along with other cool items. March 9 is the registration deadline to be guaranteed shirt size.

Following the run, stick around for the Annual Egg-citing Activities, also in Bott Park; and come back even later for the 21-and-over Adult Egg Hunt at PARC.

Spring Karate

Did you know karate builds confidence and increases your fitness level - all while having fun? A variety of karate classes for a variety of ages taught by Illinois Shotokan Karate Club begin this April at the Park District.

Preschool Registration

New student registration forms will accepted March 7-17 at the Great Adventures Preschool Office located inside the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center, 24550 W. Renwick Road in Plainfield. Download the registration packet.

Applications are now being accepted for ages 16+ for employment at Ottawa Street Pool this summer! Interviews begin in March.
