Dear Clients and Friends,
Mason & Associates advisors will not be taking on new clients for the next three to six months, and we will create a waiting list for those who wish to become clients in the future. This has been a difficult but necessary decision, as we are at the capacity that allows us to best serve you, our existing clients. Please rest assured, we consider your families as part of our service to you, so we will certainly make exception for those relationships. That is to say, we will still fully assist you, your children, and parents.
As we encourage our clients to tune in to the radio show to keep informed of timely and pertinent information, as well as Mason & Associates news, so too do we encourage potential future clients to listen in for status updates. We plan to announce on the show when we are in a better position to accept new clients after the next several months. We will also keep you apprised of status updates via email and social media, and contacts on the waiting list will receive a quarterly notification.
Please continue to introduce Mason & Associates to your family, friends, and co-workers. Although we are not able to commit to offering our services for the next several months, we can still help with immediate issues. We offer guidance through the radio show, newsletters, social media posts, and are willing to schedule introductory phone calls to help the people you care about. We serve a broad client base that consists of Federal employees, State employees, Huntington Ingalls Industries, Sentara, Riverside, small business owners, and other companies in Hampton Roads. Employees of these organizations who are at or near retirement are the ideal people to introduce to Mason & Associates. Mason & Associates has recently expanded our fee-for-service model which is also allowing us to serve early and mid-career people at the same organizations.
We hope that you recognize this, as we do, as a positive message. We are committed to reorganizing Mason & Associates to continue to increase the level of service that we provide to our clients and hopefully to new clients in the future. It is our goal to serve as many families in the Hampton Roads community as possible, but we will not lose sight of our primary duty, serving our existing clients.
