Les Fettig, Managing Director of The Mandate Democracy Foundation, delivered his invited lecture on Online Blockchain i-Voting Referenda, before the Inter Agency Seminar Group (IASG) at The Brookings Institution.  The IASG is a 45-year old private forum of senior government, industry and academic figures who explore developments in public policy.  Developed with IBM, the Foundation is deploying independent online balloting on mobile devices in conjunction with the 2020 elections.  For more information on Mandate Democracy, visit
