Vote-by-Mail Renewal Request for 2023/2024

The 2021 Florida Legislature session brought us various election law revisions. Under Florida Statute 101.62, a request for a vote-by-mail (VBM) ballot now expires after each General Election (every two years). Voters who had an active request on file during the 2022 Primary and General Elections have now had their request expire. If a voter wants to vote by mail in 2023 and 2024, they must fill out a new VBM request and submit it to the Elections Department.
