She has previously worked at the World Bank and the US Department of Health and Human Services.

Rajia decided to create a stylish and discreet safety wearable for her Senior year class project with a few classmates. The project went viral on campus winning many awards, including 1st place for an Innovative Technology Solution. Because of the high demand, Rajia decided to pursue working on invisaWear full-time.

Kylia Garver is currently President at Brownmed, where she oversees both the day to day operations of the company as well as the future direction of the business. She most enjoys getting to work cross-functionally with the amazing people at Brownmed. Kylia earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

Gwen co-founded Beckon Ice Cream (formerly Minus The Moo), manufacturers of lactose-free ice cream, with Kate Flannery in 2014. Previously, she was employed in Marketing and International Business Development at L'Oreal. She earned her degree in marketing at Villanova University.

The $200K Challenge is an annual start-up competition hosted by M2D2 focused on identifying and rewarding disruptive companies in the medical technology and biotechnology industries. This year, up to 20 finalists will become eligible to win a share of the $200,000 purse of sponsor-provided, in-kind services.
