Happy September!

These past few months, tech leaders who are carving an inventive path for gender equality gathered to discuss 'the broken rung," an issue exacerbated during this uncertain time. Strategies and fresh ideas came together at these meetings to address retaining and advancing women in the workplace while creating a visual footprint to get you noticed.

During these months, MassTLC has been working to support the needs of our members by providing a forum where strategies can be shared, and ideas can be exchanged. In this newsletter, you will find resources from these meetings.

We are preparing for a busy fall and will continue to provide virtual forums that address challenges and hurdles that have evolved from this crisis for you. We will continue to work with our members to bring fresh perspectives and best practices among peers. I am always looking for your ideas that impact gender gap and equality. I would love to hear your ideas for programming.

We are excited to continue to offer our award winning Board Ready Bootcamp, which will take place over three weeks in October, offering diverse tech leaders an opportunity to learn board fundamentals and make the critical connections that will help propel them in the next level of their career and board journey.

One way to stay connected, while you are remote, is to join the MassTLC Professional Women’s community, at MassTLC Central. This is a virtual place where you can connect to other professionals in the member community, join the forum here.

This professional community is growing! We are grateful to our new sponsors, Cybereason and Nuance.

Warm Regards and Stay Well,
