Hello Security Community Members,

While the weather is still warm and sunny, I can defintely feel the eneryg of fall coming in strong. Unfortunately, for this community our focus is on a topic that I wish did not exist but seemingly is growng ransomware. Fortunately for this community, we have an amazing group of "avengers" that I know can come together and share best practices to protect and mitigate.

As you all know a little too well, digitization, remote work, and a burgeoning business model centered around stealing data, has resulted in the need for a focused and enforced security plan. Last week we were lucky to have an amazing group of security experts join us for Ransomware Attacks: Using NIST Framework for Left and Right of Boom (recap and recording here.) We want your feedback as we develop our programming. Please take two minutes to respond to this very short survey.

Always a favorite part of my job is profiling the members of our community. Please take some time to read the latest profile featuring Pamela Cyr, SVP Business and Corporate Development at Tufin.

Do you know a company or security professional to feature? Do you have topics to share for events? Let me know!

Hope to see you all in person soon!

Best regards,
Sara Fraim
