Hello Talent Professionals,

As we unite together in uncertainty, we are all considering the following: what will work look like as we all re-enter? Roles and responsibilities have changed or evolved, and I want to ensure that I bring you valuable information and a place to strengthen your peer network. Last week, talent leaders convened in a roundtable discussion to discuss policies and planning measures. You can read the summary here.

We will continue to provide virtual forums that address challenges and hurdles that have evolved from this crisis. We will also continue to work with our members to create forums that reveal best practices among peers.

One way to stay connected while you are remote is to join the MassTLC member community, MassTLC Central. This is a virtual place where you can connect to other local talent professionals. J oin the forum here.

Members have asked me for a place to profile or post a job in their organization. We are happy to post jobs on the MassTLC Job Board and list organizations that are still hiring on the Companies Still Hiring page .

We are grateful to for the support from our amazing community sponsors, AceUp , Hired and Talent Retriever .

I am always looking for your ideas on talent programming and would love to hear any concerns or questions you may have. You can reach me at nayla@masstlc.org .

Warm Regards and Stay Well,
Nayla
