MassTLC Tech & Innovation Community December 2020

Hello Tech Community Members,   As we enter the final days of 2020, I am reflecting on how significant this December feels from last year. Last December we were busy planning for a number of events that brought together leaders and practitioniners in tech roles to network and share knowledge on topics from cloud and architecture to leading tech teams and setting metrics. We did not get to many of those this year, but we did bring you all together on many occasions to work through what would be some of the most challenging work related situations many of us will face. We've aclimated to working remotely and it's time to get back to business. So today, we plan for 2021 and again will focus on the tools, processes, and leadership needed to lead a technical team. I am thrilled to continue to work with the Tech & Innovation co-chairs: Lovee Garg, Director of Engineering and Product Development at Pluralsight; Nausheen Moulana, VP, Software Engineering and Operations at Kyruus; and Paiman Nodoushani, Chief Technology Office at Examity.
