MassTLC Tech & Innovation Community
August 2020
Hello Tech Community Members,

It’s been a crazy few months with some substantial extremes - from moving to a virtual world, adopting new technological platforms, and finding balance in a world with few boundaries. I felt lucky to be working with this Tech & Innovation community, who came together to talk through strategies of helping their teams cope. It was not about metrics and outcomes but ensuring their people felt secure, empowered, and supported to do their jobs.

Now we’re entering into the next phase and everyone is continuing to adjust and adapt. To help continue to provide insights and networks for the Tech and Inno community, I am excited to welcome Natasha Sachdeva, VP of Solutions Engineering for the Americas at Mirakl, and Lovee Garg, Director of Engineering and Product Development at Pluralsight, as our newest members of our co-chair committee. They will be joining Nausheen Moulana and Paiman Nodoushani in strategizing and creating content and programs.

But we need your help and insights. As we build out the offerings, we’d love your input. Programs are created for the community and we want to know what you want. Is it professional development? Learning business and operational skills? Building your network? I ask that you please take two or three minutes of your time and tell us what is most valuable to you.

And as always, if you have anything you’d like to share with the community, please let me know! We can include on our Tech & Innovation Community page on our website, on our social media, and of course, you can post yourself in our MassTLC Central Tech & Innovation Community discussion platform.

If you have questions, concerns, or information you'd like to share please reach out to me.

Best regards,
Sara Fraim
Sr. Director
