Massachusetts Phase 2 Reopening

Retail Business Guidelines
Governor Baker announced today that Massachusetts will enter Phase 2 of its Reopening on Monday, June 8, 2020. Retail Businesses that have been defined as providing Essential Services pursuant to COVID-19 Order No. 13 will be required to comply with sector-specific safety protocols within one week of the date that Retail Businesses are authorized to open pursuant to the Governor’s Phase 2 reopening Order. Therefore, motor fuels and convenience store businesses will have until 6/15/20 to comply.

Many of these protocols are already in place from prior retail guidance, but PLEASE REVIEW THESE DOCUMENTS AS THEY ARE REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST FOLLOW.
