REMINDER: RESPIRATORY ILLNESS SEASON IS STILL HERE!

As of January 9, 2026, all Massachusetts regions are experiencing very high influenza-like-illness (ILI) activity. DPH's Influenza Reporting Dashboard shows us the current influenza rates. Click the image below for current rates and be sure to check out the MVCP CALL TO ACTION for helpful resources to assist in your promotion of immunizations during the 2025-2026 respiratory illness season. Flu vaccination is recommended as long as influenza is still circulating. In Massachusetts, influenza strains may circulate well into the spring. Your strong recommendation is essential in this effort!

AUTISM AND VACCINES - JUST THE FACTS!

In case you missed it, DPH's Commissioner Robbie Goldstein rebuked the misinformation currently being circulated around vaccines and autism: "Vaccines do not cause autism, and there is no link between childhood vaccines and autism. This has been proven repeatedly through decades of rigorous, high-quality research involving millions of children worldwide. The evidence is clear, consistent, and overwhelming."
