The Massachusetts DIA has increased the mileage reimbursement rate for
workers' compensation
travel to $.585
effective May 15, 2022


The DIA issued Circular Letter #357 increasing the mileage reimbursement rate for injured workers for travel to and from medical treatment, vocational training, or IWRP-approved education.


Effective May 15, 2022, the travel reimbursement rate will be 58.5 cents per mile.
