ST VINCENT DE PAUL THANKS YOU A young woman experienced anxiety and depression after the death of a family member. She left a long time job in an attempt to reset her life. However, when she started a new job, her mental state contributed to poor attendance and she was let go. Because of her loss of income, the woman was forced to drop therapy treating her medical issues. Additionally, she fell behind in paying rent. The woman called the St Vincent de Paul Helpline requesting assistance (206-767-6449). Thanks to your support, we were able to offer rental assistance and relieve some of her anxiety. Also, the woman expressed hope about an appealing job opportunity. Information, Jo Ann Wiesner, 206-291-4012 or

VISIT THE CATHEDRAL COLUMBARIUM The Cathedral’s new Columbarium was blessed by Archbishop Etienne last December. A columbarium is a cemetery for the reverent burial of cremated remains. The way we honor the mortal remains of our deceased family members and friends is a reflection of the faith we profess in the Nicene Creed: we believe in the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. The columbarium is open for prayer whenever the Cathedral is open.
