Have you moved? Master Management needs your new address ASAP You must give us your new address to receive your 2021 coupons It's that time of year! Bright lights adorn the buildings. Thoughts turn to sharing the holidays with loved ones. And last but not least, your 2021 coupons are hitting mailboxes. That's right. Master Management is getting ready to send out the new coupon book for 2021, but we need to make sure you get it. Has your address changed recently? If so, we need your current address. If the address we used last year is no longer correct, you have until December 5 to visit our website and send us your new address. Again...THE DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 5! Saving You Money Master Management just passed its 2021 budget, and that included the cost of the 2021 coupon. Board President Eli Okun announced there will be no increase to Master Management's fees in 2021. Your Master Management coupon will remain $122/month. Paving Town Hall Master Management will host two Q&A Paving Meetings for the upcoming 2021 Paving Project for the following Associations: Ashby, Berkshire, Grantham, Islewood and Keswick. The first meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on December 17. This meeting will held online. Registration is required. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Remote meetings coming soon FYI...Master Management is working to resume live Board meetings allowing live online resident participation. The December 17 Paving Town Hall is a trial run for the technology. If all goes well, look for live, online Board meetings to begin in February.

Bar code FYI...

If you need a bar code, right now the process has not changed. Your first stop should be the ID office in the Clubhouse. Then, 48 hours later you may visit the Master Management office to have the bar code placed on your car. Master Management hours to install bar code: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 12:00pm Saturday: 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Master Management picking up the bill for new East Gate entrance lane

Nothing but good news in the effort to make entering the East Gate easier. According to Master Management, state traffic experts have given the "green light" (OK...we know. Just a little traffic pun!) to creating a right turn lane into the East Gate from Military Trail. The City of Deerfield Beach had said it would pay for the project, but COVID-related budget problems at city hall have forced the city to rescind its offer. As a result, Master Management has agreed to pay for the project. The total cost will be picked up by Master Management because, according to the company, it is a project that will be a significant improvement for residents.

Don't Block The Box: Coming soon just outside the East Gate Master Management has now succeeded at getting a "Don't Block the Box" designation to Military Trail at the East Gate. It will be a box painted on the road, reminding drivers to avoid blocking the area outside the gate. This will make is easier for drivers to enter and exit the Village, even during heavy traffic times. The first Master Management Annual Report For the first time, Master Management is putting together a concise Annual Report that summarizes the previous year. It is expected to be ready in a few weeks. We will let you know when and where you can grab a copy.

Message from the Executive Director We will be busy in 2021 As we close out 2020, we look ahead to 2021. It will be another busy year for us as we continue our promise to improve the Village. While I plan to share more details with you at a later date, I wanted to give you a snap shot of some of the big projects we are planning for 2021. They include: Building a new Main Entrance Building a new perimeter wall Wrapping up our six-year repaving project Installing four additional fountains in the lakes Building a right turn lane into the East Gate Continuing to install new lighting across the Village Further improving our outreach and communications All these projects would not be possible without the support of the Master Management Board of Directors. They just recently passed the 2021 budget which included funding for all these projects. As always, if you have any questions, please contact our office.
